Returns & Warranty

At Archie Times Co., every watch is individually inspected, tested when applicable, photographed, and accurately described before it is offered for sale.

We encourage every customer to carefully review all photographs, read the complete product description, and contact us with any questions before making a purchase. We are always happy to provide additional information to help you buy with confidence.

Returns

Because many of our watches are pre-owned, vintage, restored, customized, modified, or produced in limited quantities, returns are generally not accepted for buyer preference, including but not limited to:

* Change of mind
* Personal preference
* Appearance or fit on the wrist
* Size expectations
* Finding a lower price elsewhere
* Ordering by mistake

If your watch arrives materially different from its description or has an undisclosed functional defect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

If a return is approved, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, including all original packaging when provided, accessories and documentation, and without signs of wear, resizing, modification, alteration, or additional damage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Warranty

Every watch is carefully inspected before shipment to help ensure that it arrives in proper working condition.

For custom-built or modified watches, Archie Times Co. provides a 30-day limited functional warranty covering mechanical or assembly-related defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or improper handling, water damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage occurring after delivery, or damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, servicing, or modifications.

For watches sold with an original manufacturer’s warranty, any remaining manufacturer coverage is subject exclusively to that manufacturer’s terms, eligibility requirements, and warranty conditions.

Luxury, Vintage & Collectible Watches

Certain luxury, vintage, collectible, or high-value timepieces may be subject to additional purchase, authentication, inspection, warranty, shipping, or return conditions.

When applicable, those conditions will be clearly disclosed in the individual product listing before purchase and will control if they differ from this general policy.
